Meditations & Classes

A vast, mysterious world.

It's always surprising to me as many years as I've been doing this that bringing our attention to our breath just that simple act can have such a profound effect. But, perhaps, it's not as surprising when we realize that the words breath and Spirit are the same in most languages throughout the world.

For hundreds if not thousands of years cultures have recognized that the breath is more than the pumping of air or oxygen through our body but is actually a gateway or a doorway into a vast and mysterious world. The breath isn't something that we take, it's something we receive.

If I were to ask you to listen to the classical music playing in the room right now you may say I'm not hearing any classical music playing and I would say well please listen very carefully because the music is playing right here right now and I would bring in a radio and I would dial in the classical music station and the room would be filled with classical music. The music didn't come in with the radio the radio was just a tuning instrument we human beings are tuning instruments with the capacity to tune into any vibration any frequency any level of consciousness so if we wanted to raise the vibration of the room that we were in right now we would have to bring anything from outside of the room into it we would just merely dial in the higher vibration from the potential that is already here now.

Heart of Christ:

Shaped by Grace, Flowing with Love

Find the way of That Which Is, find the way of the Gods, find the way of your heart.  And when two or more are gathered together in that name of love, whether it be the mythological RA, or whether it be the Lord Christ, or an ascended Master, or a member of the Great White Brotherhood, we know that the heart can discern the Spirit.

With the mind, we think it.  With the heart, we know it.  And with our lips, we confess it.  And with our whole beingness, we live it.  And, at that point, we become the cosmic human.

John-Roger, DSS

Why This Course?

Heart of Christ: Shaped by Grace, Flowing with Love is an invitation to awaken to the presence of Christ that emanates loving and transcends all division. For nine weeks, we will step beyond ideas about Christ into the living reality of Christ-consciousness — the awareness of oneness, love, and divine presence that flows from our spiritual heart. This class is about inhabiting a state of being: expansive, luminous, unconditionally loving, and free.

What You’ll Learn:

Guided by the wisdom of Christian mystics and resonant voices from the world’s contemplative traditions, we will explore how the Heart of Christ awakens the sacred in our body, heart, and mind. We will learn to recognize the Christ-Light within ourselves and in each encounter with others. This path is about embodiment and connection — moving from words to a lived presence.

Whether you are seeking deeper communion, the healing of old wounds, or a more vibrant way of being, this class offers tools and practices to integrate the Heart of Christ into daily life. Together, we will discover what it means to live as vessels of divine love, to embody peace in the midst of conflict, and to shine with the quiet radiance of the One who declared, “The kingdom of God is within you.”

Please join us. This class is an invitation into presence and transformation. Together, we will create sacred space to listen, reflect, and practice so that by the end of the nine weeks, you will know more about the Heart of Christ, and will unmistakably sense its Presence alive within you, shaping your way of being and moving in the world.
